Solomon is a choreographer, movement director and facilitator based in the UK and working in the field of visual arts & dance. His poetic finesse and visually alluring work spans across stage productions and film.
A key driver for Solomon is to bring forth honest, visceral & a liberating essence in his creative projects and parallel to this opening a space that elicits deeper connection and growth.
His work primarily carries an affinity with unfolding the poetry, playfulness & sensibilities of our human nature & world relationship.
He has worked on international dance creation commissions from Moscow to Italy for companies as Stanislavsky Ballet Company, NEX-T Postgraduate Company, Dance Arts Faculty and movement directed on screen projects and branded content for the likes of Reebox, Sony Music, Kojey Radical, Nowness, ICA, PAQ as well as various independently led projects and collaborations like his duet creation ‘Helium’ which won 1st place award and audience choice award at Copenhagen International Choreography competition.
Furthering his dance work as a creator Solomon is also a known performer having worked with Sadler Well’s Theatre Resident Artist Russell Maliphant as well as being part of productions of other esteemed makers in festivals such as Stockholm Fringe festival, GUIdance, International Festival of Contemporary Dance Portugal.
With his quality first approach and way all mounted on a rich and diverse foundation of training from his studies at Anne Teresa de Keersmeaker’s P.A.R.T.S in Belgium and Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London where he obtained his BA hons.
Through this time and his onwards holistic body research Solomon stands with a rich and in depth understanding of the art of movement, its spirit, its capacity and keys to bring it to life.
