Born in Barcelona. Since graduating from the professional Conservatoire of Dance of Barcelona, Institut del Teatre in 2010, Daniel has danced with companies such as

Frontier Danceland (Singapore), Y-Space (Hong Kong), Eleesha Drennan Dance (UK), Éowyn Emerald & Dancers (UK), Nunzio Impellizzeri Dance Company (Switzerland), Sonia Plumb Dance Company (USA), Simba Dance Ensamble (Norway), Phoenix Dance Theatre (UK), Errol White Company (UK), Polish Dance Theatre (Poland), Dantzaz Konpainia (Spain), Compagnie Ballet Junior Epsedanse (France) among others.

Daniel has worked with choreographers such as Ohad Naharin, Itzik Galili, Jo Strømgren, Lukáš Timulak, Eric Gauthier, Claude Brumachon, Thomas Lebrun, Gustavo Ramirez, Shahar Binyamini, Thierry Malandine, Patricia Lent, Errol White, Gabrielle Nankivell, Luke Smiles, Victor Choi-wo Ma and others.

He has performed at top international venues like Sadler’s Wells (London, UK) the Grand Theatre in Warsaw (Poland), Kwai Tsing Theatre (Hong Kong), Oslo Opera House (Norway) and many more.

Choreographic Awards:
-2020, Audience Choice Award at WildDogs Intl Screendance Festival
-2011, L’Estruch award, LAVA award and finalist of the 10th Choreographic Competition of Burgos- NewYork
-2010, 1st award in the I Delmar Choreographic Award of María Carbonell in Valencia, Spain.

Daniel Navarro Lorenzo creates his own productions, externally collaborating with national and international companies and delivering workshops and choreographing for artists and young companies internationally. YDance Scottish Youth Dance (Glasgow, Scotland), D.A.F. Dance Arts Faculty (Rome, Italy), Institut del Teatre (Barcelona, Spain), M-1 Pulse programme (Singapore), Attakkalari (Bangalore, India), Frontier Danceland (Singapore), etc.

His pieces has been shown at Goodman Arts Center (Singapore), Tramway (Glasgow, UK), Adelaide Fringe Festival (Australia), Teatro Vascello (Rome, Italy), ATOA Artist talk On Art (New York, USA), Kwai Tsing Theatre (Hong Kong), Chisenhale (London, UK) among others.
