Lucyna Zwolinska  was born in Poland, began her training at Ballet School in Bytom.
From 2003 she continued her dance education on scholarship at High School of Music & Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main.
In 2006, she had the honor of dancing with The Forsythe Company in „Human Rights”.
In 2007 she joined Ballet Augsburg for three seasons and had the opportunity to perform works by Itzik Galili, Mauro Bigonzetti, Kevin O’Day, Amanda Miller, Cayetano Soto, Emily Molnar, Leo Mujic and Philip Egly.
From 2010  she was a part of the  Ballet des Saarländisches Staatstheater in Saarbrücken and has danced in works by Marguerite Donlon, Stijn Celis, Bernard Baumgarten, Johan Inger, Alexander Ekman. In this time she has taught repertory works of Marguerite Donlon at High School of Music & Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main.
In 2015 she became a member of Company Susanne Linke/Teater Trier, where she worked with Susanne Linke, Urs Dietrich and David Hernandez.
Since season 2018/2019 she is working as a freelance dancer and choreographer.

From 2011 she presented her choreographies in Germany, Italy, Japan, Ireland and Poland.

For her work „DROGA” she was selected to participate in the 26.International  Choreographic Competition Hannover. In 2013, in 8.International Choreography Competition Ludwigshafen no ballet she received the 2nd Jury prize, the Presentation prize in the Tanzmesse NRW and the Audience Award.

“trying to breathe” was created as part of “Think Big – artist residency program 2018”, a joint initiative by the ballet of the State Opera Hannover and TANZtheater INTERNATIONAL.
In June 2019 it was recreated for Stuttgarter Ballett and performed in Noverre: Junge Choreographen evening.

In year 2019 she created piece named “reflexio” mainly supported by Choreographisches Centrum Heidelberg, TROIS C-L Luxemburg, Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken, Ministerium für Bildung und Kultur Saarland.

She received the cultural prize of Zonta-Club Saarlouis 2020 and started to work on
collaborative project’s- B&Z PRODUCTIONS with musician Gabriele Basilico.

In 2021 she created works for Theater Trier , Dance Arts Faculty in Rome and Step Up Dance Limerick.

Lucyna Zwolinska was appointed ballet director of The Castel Opera in Szczecin for the season 2021/22  and is still working as a freelance artist.

In 2022 she created SAND- new project by B&Z Productions and a story ballet for The Castel Opera in Szczecin inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s “The Little Prince”.
