After several years, an important artist returns, someone we connect with the early years of the DAF International Program.
A new original work, a creation that will see Lesley Telford once again in studio with our dancers, within the creative process that accompanies the work of the International Program.
A special artist whom we welcome with great joy, returning to share her vision, her work . DAFโ€™s choreographic residencies thus take shape as authentic cognitive laboratories, where dance moves beyond the dimension of physical practice to become a field of inquiry, a tool for observation, and the construction of thought. The creative process is structured as a system of research, capable of generating original mechanisms and activating a real dialogue between artist and dancers. Each season is a perceptual experiment: a weave of trajectories that meet, transform, and rewrite themselves, continuously opening new fields of possibility. Within this space, dance assumes the value of a language of knowledge, resonating with the deepest tensions of contemporary culture.
